Information we collect

This policy applies to the Wilding retreat website and related booking experiences offered at Dark Fairy Farm in Northern California. We collect only information reasonably needed to answer questions, arrange a retreat, provide requested services, protect guests and the property, and meet legal obligations.

• Contact and identity information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, age or identity-verification information when required by a booking provider.
• Reservation information: dates, number of guests, preferences, accessibility requests, meal selections, dietary or allergy information, and requested Healing Arts or planning services.
• Payment and transaction information: totals, payment status, refunds, and transaction identifiers. Full card details are processed by the payment or booking provider and are not intentionally stored by Wilding.
• Communications: emails, forms, appointment notes, guest messages, reviews, and support requests.
• Technical information: device, browser, IP address, referring page, and similar information that Framer or embedded providers may receive when the site loads.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide availability and pricing, process a request or payment, communicate before and during a stay, prepare meals and services, personalize the guest experience, maintain safety, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, keep business records, and comply with law.

Wilding does not sell personal information. We do not use sensitive wellness, dietary, or accessibility details for advertising.

Booking and service providers

The site is hosted by Framer and may connect you with independent providers that operate their own systems and privacy practices. Current providers may include Hospitable for direct reservations, guest communications, payment scheduling and the Guest Portal; GoHighLevel for appointments, forms, reminders and certain payments; Airbnb when you choose that platform; and the payment processors used by those providers.

Information entered inside an embedded calendar, checkout, or third-party page is sent directly to that provider. Their terms and privacy policies also apply. Social links, including Instagram, take you to third-party services.

Cookies and online tracking

Framer and embedded booking or scheduling tools may use necessary cookies or similar technology to load pages, remember session information, prevent fraud, and complete transactions. As of the effective date, Wilding does not intentionally operate third-party advertising pixels on this site.

Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not currently interpreted as a separate opt-out because there is no uniform industry standard. You may limit cookies through your browser, although booking or payment features may not work correctly.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, reservations, payment processing, communications, meals, guest safety, accounting, or legal compliance; with authorities when required by law or needed to protect people or property; or with another business in connection with a lawful reorganization. Information may also be shared when you direct or consent to it.

Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, applicable tax and accounting requirements, chargeback or dispute periods, safety documentation, and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ among Hospitable, GoHighLevel, Airbnb, payment processors, and other providers.

Your privacy choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held directly by Wilding, or withdraw consent for optional communications. Some records must be retained for completed transactions, fraud prevention, taxes, legal claims, or safety. Requests involving a third-party provider may need to be submitted to that provider.

California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. Wilding will not discriminate against you for making a good-faith privacy request. To make a request, email giveblessingco@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.

Security, children, and policy updates

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send full card numbers, government identification, or detailed medical records by ordinary email.

Wilding is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the site.

This policy may be updated as services or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are posted.
